Our cream cheese is hand-made and hung in muslin cloths to develop a thick, creamy consistency with a slight tang using the Jersey milk produced by our herd of grass-fed cows.

Our Lactose Free Greek yogurt is handmade according to ancient and traditional Greek methods but to it the enzyme, lactase, is added to produce a truly creamy and decadent yogurt that is safe for lactose-intolerant people to consume. Lactose intolerant people lack the enzyme required to break down the sugar (lactose) thereby causing digestion issues. Our Lactose Free Greek yogurt is easy to digest and gentle on the stomach. The Jersey cow milk which we use, is also less harmful to lactose-intolerant tummies.
