Ingredients:
1 x 400 g tinned creamed mealies (drained)
2 eggs, extra-large, otherwise use 3
1t (5ml) salt pepper
2t (10ml) sugar a pinch of nutmeg
½ cup (125ml) Bush Hill Cheese Greek yoghurt
½ cup (125ml) flour
1t (5ml) baking powder
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into the food processor and blend, or simply mix by hand.
2. Pour the mixture into a well-greased rectangular oven dish, about 21 x 11 x 5 cm in size.
3. Bake for 1 hour at 180°C until nicely browned.
4. Turn out of tin and allow to cool slightly.
