This process ensures that we retain all the natural goodness of the milk, without adding any stabilizers or fillers. The result is a yoghurt that’s not only delicious but also a balanced whole food.
Made on Underbush Farm at the Bush Hill Cheese factory in KwaZulu-Natal, our yoghurts are thickened the traditional way — by straining in muslin cloths — resulting in a creamy, concentrated yoghurt that’s packed with all the natural goodness of full cream Jersey cow milk.
